Abstract:
A display substrate, a preparation method therefor, and a display device. The display substrate comprises a base substrate (10), a light-emitting element (20) provided on the base substrate (10), and an encapsulation layer (40) provided on the light-emitting element (20). The display substrate further comprises a driving circuit, and the driving circuit is connected to the light-emitting element (20) and is configured to drive the light-emitting element (20). The driving circuit comprises a driving transistor (11). The driving transistor (11) comprises an active layer, and the active layer is located at the inner part of the base substrate (10). The encapsulation layer (40) comprises a first gradient layer (41) and a second gradient layer (42) that are stacked in the direction away from the base substrate (10). In the direction away from the base substrate (10), the content of an oxygen element in the first gradient layer (41) gradually decreases, and the content of a carbon element in the second gradient layer (42) gradually increases.
