Abstract:
A display substrate and preparation method thereof and display device. The display substrate comprises a plurality of pixel groups (100), wherein each pixel group comprises a plurality of color sub-pixels (101, 102, 103, 104) and a plurality of white sub-pixels (1010, 1020, 1030, 1040). In a light-emitting layer deletion region of each color sub-pixel is provided a first drive transistor (1) for driving the color sub-pixel, and the first drive transistor is provided thereon with a second drive transistor (2) and a white sub-pixel, the second drive transistor being used for driving the white sub-pixel. According to the above mentioned technical solution, white sub-pixels and drive transistors thereof are formed on the drive transistors of the color sub-pixels, which enables white-light OLED display, utilizes the space in the thickness dimension of the color sub-pixels without occupying the space in the plane dimension of the display panel, and enables the light-emitting layer deletion regions of the color sub-pixels to be fully utilized.
