Abstract:
Provided are a display substrate and a process for preparing a display substrate. The display substrate comprises a display area, a retaining wall surrounding the display area, and a thin-film encapsulation layer, wherein the thin-film encapsulation layer comprises a first inorganic barrier layer, an organic barrier layer, and a second inorganic barrier layer that are arranged in a stacked manner, wherein the display area of the substrate has a corner portion, wherein the corner portion is a part of the display area surrounded by the retaining wall; the substrate is provided with a plurality of convex dam structures at a position corresponding to the corner portion; a part, corresponding to the corner portion, of the first inorganic barrier layer covers the plurality of convex dam structures, and the part between two adjacent convex dam structures forms a diversion groove structure; and the organic barrier layer comprises a cured organic material with fluidity, and the organic material is configured to be arranged above the part, located on the corner portion, of the first inorganic barrier layer under the capillary action of the diversion groove structure before curing.
