A display substrate and a repair method thereof, and a display device. The display substrate comprises multiple drive circuits (1) configured to drive display elements (2) in respective sub-pixels to perform display operations. Each drive circuit (1) is used to drive the display element (2) in at least one sub-pixel to perform a display operation. An output terminal (11) of each drive circuit (1) is connected to the display element (2) in the at least one sub-pixel driven thereby via an arm (31) having a switch element (3). The display substrate further comprises one or more repair lines (5). Each repair line (5) is configured to be associated with at least two drive circuits (1), and to be disconnected from the output terminal (11) of at least one of the at least two drive circuits (1) at an initial state. Each repair line (5) can, in response to a failure in one of the at least two drive circuits (1), be connected to the output terminal (11) of each of the at least two drive circuits (1) associated therewith.
