A display system and an intelligent flat display apparatus (1). The intelligent flat display apparatus comprises a display screen body (11) and a device mounting region (12) provided outside at least one side of the display screen body (11). An electronic device connected to the display screen body (11) is mounted in the device mounting region (12); the back surface of the device mounting region (12) is higher than the back surface of the display screen body (11); the back surface of the display screen body (11) and the inner side surface of the device mounting region (12) form an inner concave region (13) for pre-mounting a pre-mounted mechanism; the pre-mounted mechanism can be mounted on a mounting surface, so that the pre-mounted mechanism is integrally mounted on the mounting surface together with the display apparatus (1). The inner concave region (13) can be used for pre-mounting the pre-mounted mechanism, so that the pre-mounted mechanism is connected and fixed to the mounting surface and the display apparatus does not need to be directly mounted on the mounting surface, and therefore, the structure of the display apparatus (1) can be simplified, the display apparatus can be made thinner and visually more compact after being mounted on the mounting surface, and meet the requirement for close attachment to a wall surface after being mounted.
