Abstract:
A display unit for storing and displaying heated goods according to the invention that comprises walls (4), multiple shelves (12), an air duct (22, 24, 32), an air forcing apparatus (20) and air temperature regulating means. At least part of the walls of the display unit delimits a chamber (10) with an open front side. The multiple shelves (12) each comprise an upper placing side (42). The multiple shelves (12) each extend substantially horizontally in the chamber (10) and are provided above each other to define an individual storage space (14) above each shelf (12). The air duct (22, 24, 32) extends from an inlet opening (30) to multiple outlets (36) whereby the outlets (36) each define a flow direction (50). At least one of the multiple outlets (36) flows to a corresponding storage space (14). The flow directions of the multiple outlets (36) point away from the corresponding placing sides (42).
