A disposable endoscope cover body according to the present invention comprises: a main body; a packing part formed at one side of the main body; a channel inlet/outlet part formed at the other side of the main body and through which a peripheral device is inserted or withdrawn; and a channel connection pipe integrally formed with the channel inlet/outlet part and through which the peripheral device penetrates the main body.
