A jacket (1) comprising: a pair of left and right sleeve sheets (4, 5) having inner and outer side edges (4c, 4d, 5c, 5d) and upper sleeve edges (4e, 5e) in the vicinities of upper ends thereof; and a pair of left and right body sheets (2, 3) having inner and outer side edges (2c, 2d, 3c, 3d) and arm holes (2e, 3e) in the vicinities of upper ends thereof; wherein the left sleeve sheet (5) and the right sleeve sheet (4) are folded at center lines (Y2) extending between the upper and lower ends and are fixed along respective inner and outer side edges (4c, 4d, 5c, 5d), the left body sheet (3) and the right body sheet (2) are fixed along respective inner side edges (2d, 3d) of the sheets (2, 3), the peripheral edge of the arm hole (3e) of the left body sheet (3) and the peripheral edge of the upper sleeve edge (5e) of the left sleeve sheet (5) are fixed to each other, the peripheral edge of the arm hole (2e) of the right body sheet (2) and the peripheral edge of the upper sleeve edge (4e) of the right sleeve sheet (4) are fixed to each other, and the upper end edges of the left and right sleeves (4, 5) are fixed to each other.
