Abstract:
Provided is a disposable nappy which exhibits excellent surface-gap retention properties, and which is easy to produce. The present invention is characterized in that: in a lower-layer absorbent body (23B), a long and thin lower-layer pierced part (60) pierced in a thickness direction extends along a front-rear direction in at least a central portion of a crotch part (C2) in a width direction; in an upper-layer absorbent body (23A), an upper-layer pierced part (50) pierced in the thickness direction is provided in at least an area in the front-rear direction which corresponds to the lower-layer pierced part (60); the upper-layer pierced part (50) is provided with a long and thin intermediate section (51) which is positioned above the lower-layer pierced part (60), and which extends in the front-rear direction, and projecting sections (52) projecting at both sides of a rear position of the intermediate section (51) in the width direction; and side edges of the projecting sections (52) are each formed so as to have a shape in which at least a front portion is positioned further outwards in the width direction as said front portion extends rearwards.
