Abstract:
A disposable slipper comprises a shoe sole body (1) and a shoe upper (2). The shoe upper (2) is made of a pleated fabric, which has vertical folds (24). The opening of the shoe upper (2) is provided with a temporary sewing line (23), such that when unused, the pleated fabric becomes flat and smooth, and the shoe upper (2) folds onto and thus abuts against the shoe sole body (1). The shoe upper (2) and the shoe sole body (1) are connected, at the respective areas, by means of ultrasonic point welding so as to form a sewing line (3). Further provided is a production method for the slipper, and the main content of the production method is that further processing is performed after the shoe upper folds onto and thus abuts against the shoe sole body. By means of the production method, the process of hand-suturing the shoe upper is abandoned, achieving high production efficiency on the production line. The production method is applicable to be achieved by ultrasonic tools.
