Abstract:
Disposal in bipartite last for footwear refers to a last (1) divided in a frontal part (2) and a posterior part (3) for one characteristic cut (4), formed for a top straight line portion (5) that it is extended with negative declivity from the top face (6) of the last (1), a step (7) that is extended of the previous one forming an angle bigger or equal to 60 degrees and a inferior straight line portion (8). A variant (9) presents a cut (10) formed by a top straight line portion (11) that it is extended with negative declivity from the top face (12) of the last (9), a step (13) that is presented as a salience (14) in any of the halves (15 and 16) and a complementary reentrance (17) in the other a portion, and the inferior straight line portion (18). The utility model disclose presented in this descriptive report foresees, still, a last (19) provided with a straight cut (20) that it is extended with negative declivity from the superior face (21) and, also, a last (22) with the same general profile (23) of the last (1), however with negative declivity and softer internal angles.

1- DISPOSAL IN BIPARTITE LAST FOR FOOTWEAR the kind that refers to a last (1) divided in a frontal part (2) and a posterior part (3) for a characteristic cut (4) characterized for the cut (4) been formed for a top straight line portion (5) that it is extended with negative declivity from the top face (6) of the last (1 ), a step (7) that is extended of the previous one forming an angle bigger or equal to 60 degrees and a inferior straight line portion (8), preferentially endowed with same declivity of the superior portion (1 ). 2- DISPOSAL IN BIPARTITE LAST FOR FOOTWEAR as claimed in 1 and also characterized for an constructive variant (9) whose cut (10) presents a step (13) with a salience (14) in any of the halves (15 and 16) and a complementary reentrance (17) in the other portion. 3- DISPOSAL IN BIPARTITE LAST FOR FOOTWEAR as claimed in 1 and also characterized for the last (19) been provided with a straight cut (20) that it is extended with negative declivity from the superior face (21).

4- DISPOSAL IN BIPARTITE LAST FOR FOOTWEAR as claimed in 1 and also characterized for the cut (23) presents negative declivity and softer internal angles.

Description:

DISPOSAL IN BIPARTITE LAST FOR FOOTWEAR Technological field of the utility model

The present utility model belongs, in general way, to the technological field of lasts for manufacture of footwear and it relates more specifically to a bipartite last endowed with an specific cut, capable to optimize the performance of the same. Known state of art

The known technological field conprehends a series of lasts for manufacture of footwear, over wich the shoes are mounted, in general lines forming the same, sewing the beak and the heel to it and applying the sole. The first lasts to be created had been whole, conformed in only one part, however these presented problems at the time to be taken out of a mould and withdrawal of the footwear, mainly because they usually provoke some type of deformation in the shoe, due of the fact of its withdrawal to provoke the stretching of the leather. This problem was solved with the appearance of the bipartite lasts, where the posterior half and the frontal half are articulated to each other, being able to be pivot at the moment of the withdrawal of the footwear. There are known several modalities of mechanisms of joint for the two halves of the lasts (butterflies, joints, springs, etc.). The cut originally used for the contact surface of the two halves was the straight cut, however, this type of cut did not propitiate a steady movement between the two parts. This problem was solved through the adoption of a multiplicity of different cuts, endowed with steps, reentrances, ribbings and other similar means to propitiate better support in interface between the two halves, however, these changes still was not enought to prevent the damages in the shoes when they were removed of the lasts.

Novely and objectives of the utility model

The utility model now presented refers to a bipartite shoe last constituted of two separate and complementary halves, whose cut in the union face was especially conceived to facilitate the landslide of the frontal half on the posterior half, allowing that soles be nailed in the posterior half and the footwear mounted. The shape adopted for the said cut propitiates a firm and strong interface between the two halves, allowing that they be fixed by simple ways and fast disconnection, as screws, bolts and similars, making possible, still, the easy removal of the frontal half by his relative slide on the posterior half, minimizing and even eliminating damages in the footwear. Description of the attached drawings The following drawings are attached to help the fully understantment of the proposed utility model: FIGURE 1 is a perspective view of the shoe last, illustrative of the relative movement that happens between its two halves.

FIGURE 2 is a frontal view of the mounted last. FIGURES 3 and 4 are two views of the proposed last, each one illustrative of one moment of the relative movement of its two halves.

FIGURE 5 is a perspective view of the last, illustrative of its two separate halves.

FIGURE 6 shows elevation and lateral views of the last. FIGURE 7 is a perspective view of the constructive variant of the last, illustrating the joined halves of the same.

FIGURE 8 is a perspective view of the variant represented in the previous figure, illustrating the separate halves.

FIGURE 9 is a lateral view of the constructive variant, representative of the movement of its two halves.

Detailed description of the model The disposal in bipartite last for footwear, object of this descriptive report, refers to a last (1) divided in a frontal part (2) and a posterior part (3) for one characteristic cut (4), formed for a top straight line portion (5) that it is extended with negative declivity from the top face (6) of the last (1), a step (7) that is extended of the previous one forming an angle bigger or equal to 60 degrees and a inferior straight line portion (8), preferentialy endowed with same declivity of the superior portion (1). This arrangement allows adequate setting for interference of the two halves (2 and 3) and propitiates stability for the set, since the two halves (2 and 3) have the step (7) as support. In this way it is enough to use simple means to join the halves (2 and 3), as screw, bolt, or another equivalent.

A constructive variant of the present model (9) presents an cut (10) formed by a top straight line portion (11) that it is extended

with negative declivity from the top face (12) of the last (9), a step (13) that is presented as a salience (14) in any of the halves (15 and 16) and a complementary reentrance (17) in the other a portion, and the inferior straight line portion (18). The utility model disclosed in this descriptive report foresees, still, a last (19) provided with a straight cut (20) that it is extended with negative declivity from the superior face (21 ) and, also, a last (22) endowed with the same general profile (23) of the last (1), however with negative declivity and softer internal angles. The present descriptive report presents a peculiar and original disposal applied to a bipartite last, endowed with novelty, industrial application, inventive step, as well as functional improvement, being, therefore, coated of all the requirements determined for law to receive the modality of patent pled.
