Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a disposal method for a thermal-runaway battery in a battery swapping station. The disposal method comprises the steps of: a temperature measurement device measuring the temperature of a battery and sending same to a monitoring system, and when the temperature of the battery exceeds a preset threshold value, the monitoring system determining the battery to be a thermal-runaway battery and raising an alarm; the monitoring system determining the position of the thermal-runaway battery, and controlling a stacking machine to take the thermal-runaway battery out of a battery support; and the monitoring system controlling the stacking machine to execute a preset operation, such that the thermal-runaway battery directly passes through an emergency exit arranged on a side wall of a battery swapping station, and is then transferred to the outside of the battery swapping station. In the disposal method, a temperature measurement device measures the temperature of a battery and sends the temperature of the battery to a monitoring system, and according to a preset threshold value, the monitoring system determines the position of a thermal-runaway battery, the temperature of which is out of limits, and controls a stacking machine to directly transfer the thermal-runaway battery to the outside of a battery swapping station via an emergency exit on a side wall of the battery swapping station, thereby increasing the transfer speed of the thermal-runaway battery and improving the safety of the battery swapping station.
