Abstract:
A distal-end wrist device according to one embodiment of the present disclosure comprises a first actuator part in which the yaw axis is used as a rotational axis, a second actuator part in which the pitch axis is used as a rotational axis, a third actuator part in which the roll axis is used as a rotational axis, and a torque transmission part. The first, second, and third actuator parts are positioned in the stated order from an elbow side toward a hand side. When the second actuator part is driven, the torque transmission part generates torque for causing the third actuator part to rotate such that a virtual line parallel to the pitch axis is used as the rotational axis.
