Abstract:
The present invention provides a distance image acquisition device-equipped projector device and a projection mapping method which are capable of projecting a focused image onto all of a projection object even if the projection object has different distances and moves. Using two sets of TOF camera-equipped projector devices, one a first projector device (10A) for long distance and a first TOF camera (20A) for acquiring a distance image of a long-distance projection object, the other a second projector device (10B) for short distance and a second TOF camera (20B) for acquiring a distance image of a short-distance projection object, it is made possible to project focused projection images for long distance and short distance onto all of a projection object even if the projection object has different distances and moves. Moreover, a first light source (14A) and a second light source (14B) of the projector devices are enabled to also serve as light sources for the first and second TOF cameras by being pulse-driven.
