Abstract:
This distance measurement device includes: a detection unit for detecting change affecting the device; an optical-path formation unit which forms a common optical path, an optical path for reflected light, and an optical path for directional light; a first suppression unit which is either a single subject-image processing unit or a single mechanism provided in a place different to the common optical path, and which, on the basis of the detection results from the detection unit, suppresses the effect of change in the optical axis of an image-forming optical system; a second suppression unit which is provided in a place different to the common optical path, and which, on the basis of the detection results from the detection unit, suppresses change in the optical axis of the directional light; and a control unit which, in cases when the first suppression unit and the second suppression unit are simultaneously operated, subjects the first suppression unit and the second suppression unit to control in which change in the directional light irradiation position in a subject image received by a light-reception unit is suppressed.
