Abstract:
The measurement device pertaining to the present invention is provided with: a light source for emitting pulsed laser light; a superposition unit for superposing reflected light obtained by reflection of the pulsed laser light by a measurement object and a reference light, the reference light being the pulsed laser light; a saturation output unit for outputting light having a saturated intensity when incident light due to superposition of the reflected light and a pulse of the reference light reaches a predetermined intensity, the superposed reference light and reflected light being incident on the saturation output unit; and a light receiving unit for receiving the light outputted from the saturation output unit.
