Abstract:

A distance measurement method and device. The method comprises: sending a measurement signal to a measured object by means of modulated LED light (100); and receiving a signal reflected by the measured object, and calculating the distance with the measured object according to the measurement signal and the reflected signal (101). In the distance measurement method and device, a measurement signal is sent by means of LED light; because an LED is a default element of a mobile terminal, so that a sending module does not need to be added, thereby reducing hardware cost; LED light is visible light and has high safety.
