The distance measuring apparatus (100) comprises an optical emitter (10), an optical receiver (20), an optical structure (30), a light shield member (70), and a light constraint (80). The light shield member (70) is used for shielding stray light and allowing a light beam on a receiving light path to pass through; the light constraint (80) is used for reducing the size of a light beam of a first light pulse (300).
