A distillation apparatus for a dry cleaner, wherein a condensation coil (19) for condensing and liquefying a solvent gas having been vaporized in a distillation still (10) is arranged in a buffer tank (27) for storing a solvent, and a cooling coil (25) for suppressing the temperature rise of a solvent circulating to a regenerated solvent circulation flow path (26) having an ejector (22) for sucking a solvent having been condensed and liquefied is also arranged in the buffer tank (27). The solvent having been returned to the buffer tank (27) from the regenerated solvent circulation flow path (26) is first cooled by a cooling coil (25), and then the cooled solvent undergoes the heat exchange with the condensation coil (19), to thereby cool, condense and liquefy a solvent gas introduced into the condensation coil (19). The above distillation apparatus does not require the conventional condensers respectively equipped with a condensation coil and a cooling coil, resulting in the reduction of the number of parts, which leads to the cost reduction and the space saving.
