Abstract:
A distillation system. Multiple distilling boilers are provided, and the distilling boilers are connected by means of steam circulation pipes, so that steam can be circularly used in the distilling boilers, the use efficiency of the steam is improved, the distillation time can be greatly shortened, and the distillation efficiency is improved. Moreover, at least one mobile partition screen (16) is provided in each distilling boiler, materials are divided into multiple layers, so as to reduce the weight of a single layer of materials, thus reducing the problem that the steam fails to pass through because the lower materials are more compacted due to material gravity and material softening. In addition, a redistillation apparatus is additionally provided, and the filling of a redistillation boiler (40) with a water layer after water and oil are separated can improve the yield of oil. An air extracting apparatus is additionally provided to pump out non-condensing gas by means of a vacuum pump to form a certain vacuum degree of a reduced pressure distillation, so as to decrease the temperature of the system and reduce the pyrolysis loss of a product, thereby improving the quality.
