Abstract:
The present invention reduces manufacturing variations of a distributed constant line resonator and deterioration in the characteristics of a distributed constant filter due to the manufacturing variations. A distributed constant filter (2) comprises resonators (231) and a first ground electrode (221). The resonators (231) are not grounded. The first ground electrode (221) faces the resonators (231) in a first direction (Z). The resonators (231) are distributed constant line resonators. Each resonator (231) includes a plurality of distributed constant lines (241) and a via conductor (V21). The plurality of distributed constant lines (241) are laminated in the first direction (Z). The via conductor (V21) extends in the first direction (Z). Each of the plurality of distributed constant lines (241) is connected to the via conductor (V21) only at one end portion of both end portions of the distributed constant line.
