Abstract:
Disclosed is a distributed energy storage scheduling method and apparatus. The method comprises: acquiring a scheduling parameter (S101); solving a preconstructed distributed energy storage scheduling model to obtain a distributed energy storage scheduling policy (S102), wherein the distributed energy storage scheduling model comprises thermal power unit operation expense and extra commuting time cost, and the scheduling parameter comprises a transportation network parameter, a transportation demand parameter, an electrical equipment parameter and a power grid parameter. By means of introducing a conversion coefficient of a transportation trend and a charging load, establishing a linear distributed energy storage scheduling model capable of easily achieving fast solution, and by invoking a solver for solving, ensuring the accuracy of solving the distributed energy storage scheduling model. A coupling effect of a transportation trend allocation manner and a distributed energy storage scheduling manner is taken into consideration, and by means of the transfer of the transportation trend spatially, the impact of the charging load on an electrical power system is alleviated, the total operating cost of the electrical power system and a transportation network is reduced, the capacity for accepting the charging load is improved, and a theoretical basis is provided for large-scale access of the charging load.
