Abstract:
With a Wi-Fi device (202) being installed in such as a site wherein GPS cannot be used, such as an underground location, it is possible, simply by approaching the Wi-Fi device (202), for an information communication device (104) to transmit posting information or safety verification information from the information communication device (104) to a distribution server (306) of a sightseeing/disaster response Wi-Fi station center (103), and it is also possible for a user to receive disaster information or camera video information from the distribution server (306) via the information communication device (104). When a communication line is disconnected, it is possible to carry out collection and distribution of information within a small area with an information management device (105), and it is possible to transmit the information which has been collected with the information management device (105) to the distribution server (306) when the communication line has been restored.
