Abstract:
A distributed network management system is provided, which comprises: a centralized network element management server and one or more regional network element management servers. The centralized network element management server is set to synchronize the business application data stored in the centralized network element management server to each of the regional network element management servers. The regional network element management servers are set to store the network element physical data in each of the network element equipments which are in the service regions of the regional network element management servers, store the business application data synchronized by the centralized network element management server, and synchronize the network element physical data and the business application data to the corresponding network element equipments. A corresponding network element management server and a corresponding data configuration management method are also provided. The business application data are independent from each region and unified to the layer of the centralized network management to be managed, thus cross-regional maintenance and management of the business application data is realized and the ability to support the business application by the network management system is improved.
