Abstract:
A distributed optical fiber-based monitoring method for a pipe heat treatment temperature, relating to the field of temperature monitoring, and comprising: obtaining workpiece temperature information by using an optical fiber temperature sensor (S1); transmitting the workpiece temperature information to a heat treatment host (S2); formulating a heat treatment thermal cycle temperature curve by means of a heat treatment machine, and regulating and controlling a temperature (S3); establishing an abnormal heating feature database (S4); and establishing overrun fault early-warning and overrun delayed shutdown heat treatment functions inside the heat treatment machine (S5). The past single-point temperature measurement is upgraded to full-coverage temperature field measurement, so that the measurement coverage area is wide, part missing is avoided, a monitoring blind zone is eliminated, under-temperature and over-temperature regions are found in a timely manner, a basis is provided for effectively performing coping processing, and the temperature control precision of a workpiece region is greatly improved; moreover, a temperature field, actual heating and cooling curves, a cable voltage, a current parameter, and different pieces of operation data are recorded during the whole process, and the temperature curve is drawn for intelligent comparison and identification, such that remote monitoring of a heat treatment state, centralized management, fault tracing, and emergency termination are implemented.
