This distribution control device distributes, to a client PC, stereoscopic video data formed from a plurality of meshlets and a texture for each meshlet, wherein the distribution control device comprises: a distribution control unit that selects a high quality meshlet as a user viewpoint meshlet, on the basis of a user viewpoint and field of view information received from the client PC, selects a high quality texture as the texture for the selected high quality meshlet, selects a low quality meshlet as a meshlet at a position not within the field of view of the user, and selects a low quality texture as the texture for the selected low quality meshlet; and a transmission processing unit that transmits, to the client PC, the meshlets and the textures selected by the distribution control unit.
