Abstract:
Provided is a distribution device comprising: a data acquisition part (21) which acquires runtime data from a vehicle information management device (1) for collecting a measurement value indicating an operation state of a device mounted on a train, said runtime data including information relating to a measurement value and position information indicating the position of the train when the measurement value was acquired; a history data management part (27) which, for each instance of the position information, determines a representative value, generates history data including the position information and information relating to the representative value, stores the history data, and distributes the history data to a data receiving device (3); and a connection management part (23) which, on the basis of the position information included in the runtime data, reads from the history data the representative value associated with the position information, computes a difference value that is the difference between the representative value and the measurement value included in the runtime data, and distributes to the data receiving device (3) difference data including information relating to the difference value and the position information.
