Abstract:
A distribution extruding device is composed of a closed extruding female die (6) and an extruding male die (9). The extruding male die (9) comprises an extruding shaft (92) and an impact-extruding head (93) which is connected with the shaft (92) and is provided below the shaft (92). The cross-sectional area of the head (93) is smaller than that of the shaft (92). The extruding male die (9) is constructed to adapt to rotate about the axis of the closed extruding female die (6) so that the head (93) can forge the blank in the cavity (61) of the female die (6) in sub-region and in sub-time. A distribution extruding method is also disclosed. In the present invention, the pressure of forging shell is decreased greatly and the formed shell has an even wall thickness and high strength.
