Abstract:
Provided is a technology for appropriately distributing information to be protected. A distribution management device (1) comprises: an acquisition means (22) that acquires distribution consent data (110) indicating that a user allows an information holding device (2) that holds protection target information (210), which is user-related information to be protected, to transmit the protection target information to an information using device (3) that uses the protection target information when a predetermined distribution condition is satisfied; and a distribution activation means (24) that allows the information holding device to transmit the protection target information to the information using device when a distribution condition indicated by the acquired distribution consent data is satisfied.
