Disclosed are a distribution pipe assembly (30) and a valve body (20). The distribution pipe assembly (30) comprises a enclosing cover (301), wherein the enclosing cover (301) is provided with an engaging part (305) used for engaging with an opening of a bottle; a vent hole (306) and a liquid discharge hole (307) are provided on a bottom wall of the enclosing cover (301); a vent pipe (302) is connected to the vent hole (306); a distribution pipe (303) is connected to the liquid discharge hole (307); the lower parts of the vent pipe (302) and the distribution pipe (303) are respectively connected to a hose (32); the hole diameter of the vent hole (306) is 1-3 mm, and the hole diameter of the liquid discharge hole (307) is greater than 6 mm; and the total length of the distribution pipe (303) and the hose (32) at the lower part thereof is greater than 40 m. The flow rate of the discharging liquid is stable and continuous, and an air intake pipeline and a liquid discharge pipeline adopt an independent and detachable, one-piece replaceable design, so that the distribution pipe assembly and the valve body are more sanitary and safe, and are suitable for a water-deficient area.
