Abstract:
Provided is a distribution pipe, comprising a distribution pipe body (6), wherein an inner cavity is provided in the distribution pipe body (6); and one end of the inner cavity is open, and the other end of the inner cavity and the distribution pipe body (6) form an integrally formed end face. According to the distribution pipe, the problem of a sealed end face of the distribution pipe leaking gasoline (especially in the case where the pressure is high inside the distribution pipe) is solved, and the sealing performance and the pressure-resistant performance of the distribution pipe are further improved; parts and assembly procedures are reduced; and energy consumption in a production process is reduced. Further provided are a process for machining the distribution pipe, and an engine high-pressure fuel rail assembly having the distribution pipe.
