Abstract:
Disclosed are a distribution policy generating method and device, and a network optimization system. The method comprises: receiving at least one traffic data stream from a stream distributing device, wherein each traffic data stream corresponds to a first time and a second time respectively, the first time being a round trip time of the traffic data stream between a mobile terminal and the stream distributing device, the second time being a time it takes for the traffic data stream to flow from the stream distributing device, passes through a service provider, and returns to the stream distributing device; selecting, according to the first time and the second time, a traffic data stream satisfying an analysis rule from the at least one traffic data stream; generating a distribution policy according to the traffic data stream satisfying the analysis rule; and sending the distribution policy to the stream distributing device, so that the stream distributing device determines a traffic data stream to be optimized according to the distribution policy. Therefore, an optimization system is prevented from optimizing traffic data streams without an optimization effect, so that the optimization efficiency of the optimization system is improved.
