The present invention relates to a distribution station for serving unmanned logistics distribution vehicles and a distribution method. The distribution station comprises: a building (1) having a vehicle parking space configured to park unmanned logistics distribution vehicles at least comprising unmanned logistics distribution aircrafts (5) and unmanned logistics distribution ground vehicles (4); a goods conveying and loading apparatus provided inside the building (1) and configured to automatically convey and load goods to be distributed onto assigned unmanned logistics distribution vehicles; and a goods dispatching apparatus configured to assign corresponding unmanned logistics distribution vehicles for the goods to be distributed, and provide the unmanned logistics distribution vehicles with guidance information to guide the unmanned logistics distribution vehicles for distribution, so that the unmanned logistics distribution vehicles automatically distribute the goods to be distributed according to the guidance information. The present invention can reduce labor costs of the distribution station and improve the distribution efficiency.
