Abstract:
A measuring system and distribution value measuring method for measuring the physical
quantity distribution of a whole region by using a distribution of a whole region
by using a distribution value sensor so as to measure the physical quantity distribution
spreading in a two- or three-dimensional region, thereby realizing high extensibility
and high softness at least in a partial region. The measuring system comprises
a distribution body having a structure in which the state of the injected current
varies because of the action of the physical quantity of an object to be measured,
electrodes arranged so as to apply an injection current to the distribution body
and measure data on the potential distribution of the distribution body caused
by the current application, a distribution value sensor composed of the distribution
body, electrodes, and an electronic unit for processing an electrode signal,
and a processing section for processing the data from the distribution value
sensor. The measuring method comprises a data collecting procedure of generating
an injection current through the electrodes and measuring the potential distribution
occurring in the distribution body to be used as measuring data and an estimating
procedure of capturing the measurement data and determining thedistribution
value of the physical quantity to be measured acting on the distribution body
on the basis of the data.
