Abstract:
Our invention consists of the positioning and of the anchorage of the trencher to the boom of the compact hydraulic excavator and constitutes a good joining among the two machinary guaranteeing a series of advantages that we have listed before. Therefore the project is composed by the following parts: -connecting pins (FIG.2 A-B-C.), positioned in according to pragmatic studies, underneath the dipper (FIG.1 n°.2) and on the boom (FIG.1 n°.1) of the compact hydraulic excavator to allow the installation of the trencher (FIG.1 N°.3); -connecting fork; (FIG.1 N°5.); -trencher; (FIG.1 N°3.); -eccentric ditch cleaner; (FIG.1 N°6); In this way, this new machine allows to realize ditches at different depth (trencher performances) together with excavations at different depth and earth moving (compact hydraulic excavator performances).

CLAIMS We claim :
1. The idea of positioning a trencher underneath the boom of a compact hydraulic excavator as in the configuration designed by us, which shows how our invention lets us obtain a machine that comprises both the performances of a compact hydraulic excavator and of a trencher.
2. Besides, our invention as claimed in claim 1, unlike common trenchers or compact hydraulic excavators : guarantees best performances, can be easily realized with a minimum economic intervention, satisfies market requests,.
3. This invention can be obtained from all the models of compact hydraulic excavators.
4. Our project, even if it has the same engine horse power, introduces a greater facility of use for the operator with the same excavation productivity (both in terms of quantity and time) than the traditional trenchers mounted on appropriate machinery,.
5. Gathering all the functional abilities offered by the compact hydraulic excavator with those offered by the trencher, we can get a machine able to: Effect continuous side excavations. Effect excavations on curvilinear directions. Complete ditches at different depth (trencher), excavations at different depth and earth moving (compact hydraulic excavator). Get the same workloads reaching the work in briefer times and with a greater economic saving. 8Our invention presents a very easy anchorage of the trencher to the compact hydraulic excavator arm and if necessary, it can be effortlessly uninstalled. Moreover, when the mean has to be transfered from one place to another, you don't need to dismount the trencher from the compact hydraulic excavator boom since that, in the position of transport (FIG. 3 n°. 7), there are no kinds of problems or obstacles for the moving of the machine.

DITCH CUTTING AND CLEANING APPARATUS TECHNICAL FIELD The following invention refers to an excavating method and aims to improve the digging operation. Our patent consists of the installation of the trencher underneath the boom of a compact hydraulic excavator (FIG. 1 n° 1), guaranteeing the good performance of the machine.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION In the last few years technicians have tried to reunite the functional properties dispatched by the compact hydraulic excavator with those dispatched by the trencher, designing and realizing machines that were not highly qualified to get the desired results. Many different solutions, that have been adopted, consist of the installation of the trencher to the dipper as an attachment in substitution of the bucket, whereas our patent presents the installation of the trencher underneath the boom of the compact hydraulic excavator (FIG. 1 n° 1), guaranteeing the good functionality of the mean and avoiding problems such as: -overload of strengths and stresses.

DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION Description of the anchorage: For a better understanding of this project we have chosen a standard compact hydraulic excavator (FIG. 1) and on its dimensions, we have prepared the following example realizing a table that allows us to reach a correct configuration for the positioning of the trencher.

This table presents the distances among the existing knots (FIG. 2 knots E-F-G) and the project knots (FIG. 2 knots A.-B-c) as well as their polar coordinates: (I. Description of the connecting fork performances : The connecting fork (FIG. 1 n°. 5) has the assignment to anchor the trencher to the dipper (FIG. 1 n°. 2) and to regulate the range of the trencher luffing by the dipper, beside it works as stabilizer for the same trencher (FIG. 1 n°. 3).

Description of the eccentric ditch cleaner performances : - The dynamic control of the ditch depth is done by the rotations of the eccentric cleaner (FIG. 1 no. 6), besides the operator has the possibility to regulate its rotations in order to obtain the desired profundity.

Besides, once you've installed the trencher underneath the arm, the dipper (FIG. 1 n°. 2) and the boom (FIG. 1 n°. 1) will get new performances such as: (performances dispatched by the dipper of the compact hydraulic excavator) -It acts as excavation cleaner : clears away and levels the ditch.

-It performes a coverage and protection action towards the trencher.

-It acts as a stabilizer maintaining balance among the strengths (while the mean is operative).

-It allows to keep constant the optimal position and luffing of the trencher (FIG. 3 n°.

12).
