Title:
DMAPS-AA-AAS COPOLYMER AND PREPARATION METHOD AND USE THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/201686
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention is suitable for the field of preparation and application of a high-molecular polymer, and provides a method for preparing a DMAPS-AA-AAS copolymer, comprising the steps of: adding the monomer DMAPS and the monomer AA to deionized water to obtain a mixed solution; preparaing an initiator solution, adding the initiator to the mixed solution, and then heating the resulting solution to 65 to 85 °C for a reaction of 4 to 6 hours and cooling to room temperature to obtain the DMAPS-AA copolymer; adding a sodium hydroxide solution of 5-15 wt% concentration to the DMAPS-AA copolymer to adjust the pH value and stirring for 2 to 5 hours to obtain the DMAPS-AA-AAS copolymer. Also provided in the present invention is the DMAPS-AA-AAS copolymer prepared by the preparation method descibed above. Also provided is a use of the DMAPS-AA-AAS copolymer. The DMAPS-AA-AAS copolymer provided by the present invention opens up a new way for adjustment of immunological activity of macrophages. The preparation method provided is simple to operate and convenient for mass production.
