Abstract:
 A DNA analysis micro-channel chip which is for use in PCR analysis of DNA contained in a sample, and in which silicon (first layer) and plastic (second layer) are layered. The second layer is layered on a region on part of the first layer, and is provided with reagents, a fluid delivery mechanism and a sensor. The first layer is provided with a PCR reactor on a region on part of the first layer on which the second layer is not layered.
