Abstract:
The present invention relates to a nucleic acid aptamer binding specifically to odontogenic ameloblast-associated protein (ODAM) and a use thereof. According to the present invention, a nucleic acid aptamer for detecting ODAM, and a method, a composition, a sensor, and a kit for detecting ODAM, each comprising the same aptamer, are useful for detecting ODAM present in a sample on the basis of the high specificity and affinity of the ODAM aptamer for ODAM.
