Abstract:
Provided is a DNA delivery system using an exosome as a vector. The DNA delivery system comprises a DNA packaging system and a targeted delivery vector. The DNA packaging system can introduce a DNA sequence with a modified RNF112 gene into the exosome, and the obtained exosome can be administered to a subject to treat ALS.
