Abstract:
Disclosed are a DNA-peptide composite comprising a high-density functional group, a DNA-peptide-nanomaterial composite and a preparation method therefor, and a DNA-metal nanowire and a manufacturing method therefor. The DNA-peptide composite of the present invention comprises a DNA molecule and a peptide, which comprises at least one functional group at a terminal thereof and an amino acid sequence capable of binding to the DNA molecule, wherein the peptide is bound to the DNA molecule through at least one of electrostatic interaction, intercalation, and groove binding.
