Abstract:
The present invention discloses a DNA polymerase theta inhibitor and the use thereof. Specifically, the present invention provides a compound as shown in formula (I) or formula (II), or a tautomer thereof, a stereoisomer thereof, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of any one of the foregoing, or a solvate of any one of the foregoing. The inhibitor has a good inhibitory effect on Polθ.
