Abstract:
Provided is a DNA purifying apparatus comprising: a disc rotatably provided by using a centrifugal force-based disc-shaped chip, such that the entire process of purifying cell-free DNA in a large amount of blood and in body fluid can be integrated, so as to allow fluid to be transferred by a centrifugal force; a supply part provided at the disc so as to supply a sample and a reagent, which is necessary for DNA purification; an adsorption reaction chamber provided at the disc, connected to the supply part, and accommodating, thereinside, an adsorption medium for DNA adsorption such that DNA is adsorbed from the sample; and a solution accommodation part connectively provided to the outlet side of the adsorption reaction part in the centrifugal direction of the disc, so as to accommodate a solution, which passes through the adsorption reaction chamber by a centrifugal force so as to be discharged, and discharging the same to the outside.
