Abstract:
A doctor blade device (30) slides over a plate-shaped intaglio (90) and is provided with a blade body (31) having a front surface (313) located to the front in a direction of travel of the doctor blade device (30), and a distal end (341) provided further to the front than the front surface (313) in the vicinity of a distal end (311) of the blade body (31). The distal end (341) has a first end (342) in contact with the front surface (313), and a second end (343) arranged so as to be spaced apart from the intaglio (90). The distal end (341) is able to retain electroconductive ink (M) present on the intaglio (90) when a portion between the first end (342) and the second end (343) is in contact with the electroconductive ink (M), and the distal end (341) satisfies formula (1). 1 mm ≤ A ≤ 5 mm ... (1) In formula (1), A is the distance to the first end (342) from the distal end (311) of the blade body (31) in a direction of extension of the blade body (31).
