Abstract:
A doctor blade for a printing unit of printing fluting machine, wherein a single
doctor blade chamber (4) is mounted on the a bracket (8) through a hinge mechanism
(13), a doctor blade (10) and a gasket (11) are fixed on the single doctor blade
chamber (4) through a press plate (12) and a bolt (14), a spring stop (5) is secured
to the bracket (8), a thread end of a spring rod (7) is mounted inside a screw-hole
of the single doctor blade chamber (4), a spring (6) is provided between the spring
stop (5) and a disc-shape shaft collar of the spring rod (7), a nylon enclosing
end-plate (2) and a elastic enclosing end-plate (3) are respectively mounted
on two ends of the single doctor blade chamber (4), the elastic enclosing end-plate
(3) can be compressibly abutted against an anilox roller (1). The single doctor
blade chamber (4), the doctor blade (10), the nylon enclosing end-plate (2),
and the elastic enclosing end-plate are formed to an ink chamber for containing
ink when the elastic enclosing end-plate (3) is abutted against the anilox roller.
An air bag (9) is mounted between the single doctor blade chamber (4) and the bracket
(8).
