Abstract:
Disclosed are a document management method and a device for same. A user terminal: acquires document content for a document to be stored in a document storage box; registers the document content in the document management device; and, upon receiving unique information from the document management device, inputs the unique information to a wireless tag positioned on one side of the document storage box in which the document is stored. The document management device stores and manages the document content by mapping the document content to the unique information imparted to the wireless tag of the document storage box. In addition, if a login with a licensed user account occurs, the document management device provides the user terminal with a user interface including a menu through which the document content can be edited or registered, and if a login with an unlicensed user account occurs, the document management device provides the user terminal with a user interface that does not include a menu for editing or registering the document content, thus making it impossible to edit or register the document content.
