Abstract:
[Problem] To link a plurality of PCs by P2P and perform unified, inexpensive document management for small- to large-scale organizations, even without an expensive server. [Solution] The present invention comprises (i) an intra-PC-cluster document synchronization means that mirrors documents that have been recorded at one PC in the records of other PCs that belong to the same PC cluster, (ii) a document digest value generation means that generates digest values for the documents, (iii) a by-PC-cluster document management means that has a blockchain generation means that gathers a plurality of generated digest values to form a block, links the block to existing blocks to form a blockchain, and synchronizes and records the blockchain at the PCs within the PC cluster, and (iv) a topic group management means that divides topics among a plurality of groups that correspond to a PC cluster group and records documents about said topics at designated PC clusters.
