Abstract:
A document summarization method using noise injection-based coverage and word association comprises the steps of: outputting a word sequence and an embedding vector of an input document by using a general context which is a combination of hidden vectors of each layer, through a bidirectional encoder unit configured by multiple LSTM layers; receiving an input of a word sequence of a target word through a unidirectional decoder unit and calculating a cell state and a hidden state of a current stage; selecting an important word on the basis of noise information of the current stage and a local context of a previous stage; abstracting information output by the unidirectional decoder unit by using an associated context which is one vector; and calculating a word probability distribution by using the general context output from the bidirectional encoder unit, a local context which is a combination of information of the unidirectional decoder unit and the bidirectional encoder unit, and the associated context of the unidirectional decoder unit. Accordingly, a quick and accurate abstractive summarization of a document is possible.
