The present invention is configured so as to be provided with a compensation circuit (9): the first end of which is connected to the second end of a first output circuit (7) and the second end of a second output circuit (8); the second end of which is connected to ground; and which has a 90-degree electrical length at a first operation frequency, and has a 45-degree electrical length at a second operation frequency which is 1/2 of the first operation frequency.
