Abstract:
A Doherty amplifier circuit (100, 100a, 100b) according to the invention is provided with: a first amplifier (140) which amplifies a first signal and the operational frequency of which is a first operational frequency or a second operational frequency that is a frequency equal to half the first operational frequency; a second amplifier (150) which amplifies a second signal and the operational frequency of which is the first operational frequency or the second operational frequency; a multiband circuit (160) an end of which is connected to the output terminal of the first amplifier (140) and the electrical length of which is shorter by 90 degrees at the second operational frequency than at the first operational frequency; and an output circuit (170) an end of which is connected to the output terminal of the second amplifier (150), the other end of which is connected to the other terminal of the multiband circuit (160), and which has an electrical length at the first operational frequency that is longer by 90 degrees than the electrical length the multiband circuit (160) has at the first operational frequency and which has an electrical length at the second operational frequency that is longer by 90 degrees than the electrical length the multiband circuit (160) has at the second operational frequency.
