Abstract:
An input signal is input to a main power amplifier (1) and an auxiliary power amplifier (2). A combiner (3) is connected to an output of the main power amplifier (1) and an output of the auxiliary power amplifier (2) The combiner includes an impedance converter (3), first and second lumped elements (10, 20). The impedance converter (30) is connected to a combining point (CP). The first lumped element (10) is connected between the output of the main power amplifier (1) and the combining point CP). The second lumped element (20) is connected between the output of the auxiliary power amplifier (2) and the combining point (CP). A line length between the output of the main power amplifier (1) and the combining point (CP) is the same as that between a line length between the output of the auxiliary power amplifier (2) and the combining point (CP).
